We provide Supported Independent Living for people who want support to live independently. We help you feel safe at home, build daily living skills and live with confidence.

In-Home Care

We support you in your own home with the everyday tasks that can feel harder on your own. This may include personal care, help around the house and day-to-day support.

Community Participation

We help you stay connected to your community and do more of what matters to you. That could mean social activities, appointments, outings or building confidence in new places.

Respite Care

Kasey Wallace

Service Manager

With 11 years of experience in the disability sector, including the past 5 years working specifically within the NDIS framework, I am passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centred support that empowers individuals to achieve their goals and live fulfilling lives. 

As a Service Manager at Insite Care, I am committed to building strong relationships with participants, families, and support teams while ensuring services are delivered with professionalism, compassion, and integrity. My experience spans team leadership, stakeholder engagement, complex support coordination, and fostering positive outcomes for both participants and staff.

Kaylie Mantua

Business Development Manager

Kaylie brings a people-first approach to business development, with a passion for building meaningful relationships and strengthening community connections. 

She enjoys collaborating with participants, families, support coordinators, and industry professionals to create positive, inclusive outcomes. Through genuine partnerships and open communication, Kaylie is committed to helping people access quality, person-centred support while ensuring everyone feels valued and supported.

Billy Kipchumba

Team Leader

As an experienced Team Leader with Insite Care, I display strong capabilities in staff supervision, participant support, and overseeing daily operations across all areas of service delivery within disability services. 

I am responsible for rostering, coordinating shifts, and ensuring consistent team coverage to support smooth and efficient operations. I value strong leadership by fostering teamwork, maintaining compliance and operational standards, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care and support.

Manveer Gill

Team Leader/HR Officer

As a Team Leader within a Supported Independent Living (SIL) home at Insite Care, I oversee the daily operations of the house to ensure participants receive high-quality, person-centred support in a safe, respectful, and supportive environment. 

My responsibilities include leading and mentoring staff, coordinating shifts and daily routines, supporting participant goals and wellbeing, managing documentation and compliance requirements, and maintaining effective communication with families, stakeholders, and management. 

In addition to my leadership role, I also assist with Human Resources responsibilities, including staff onboarding, training support, roster coordination, performance guidance, workplace communication, and promoting a positive and professional team culture aligned with organisational values and standards.

Seema Rani

Team Leader

I currently work as a Team Leader at the Bradbury home with Insite Care in the disability support sector. I hold two Master’s degrees in different fields, which have helped build my strong academic and professional background.

In my role, I support participants by ensuring high-quality, person-centred care that promotes safety, dignity, and respect. 

I also lead and guide staff, assist with daily operations, maintain professional communication with families and team members, and help ensure compliance, safety, and smooth service delivery across the site.

Jack Pisani

Team Leader

As a Team Leader within a Supported Independent Living (SIL) home at Insite Care, I am responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the residence and ensuring participants receive safe, high-quality, and person-centred support.

My role involves supervising and supporting staff, coordinating daily activities and care routines, promoting participant independence and wellbeing, and maintaining clear communication with families, stakeholders, and management. 

I also manage incident reporting processes by ensuring incidents are responded to appropriately, documented accurately, reviewed thoroughly, and escalated when necessary, while maintaining compliance with organisational policies, safeguarding practices, and industry standards.

Tiarna Furneyvall

Team Leader

I am an experienced Team Leader working within a Supported Independent Living (SIL) property at Insite Care, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality, person-centred support to participants.

In my role, I oversee the daily operations of the home, provide leadership and guidance to support staff, coordinate shifts and routines, and ensure participants are supported in a safe, respectful, and empowering environment. 

I am responsible for maintaining compliance and documentation standards, managing incidents and operational concerns, communicating with families and stakeholders, and promoting a positive team culture that supports both participant wellbeing and effective service delivery.
